This reporting service is operated by Wormhole Harvesting and Ore Recovery Enterprises for Aura and EVE Omega Tracker.

Information Collected

Reports contain the description, optional screenshots, selected product, browser (where applicable), report type, version (where applicable), and submission time.

No registration or contact information is required. IP addresses are processed temporarily for abuse prevention and rate limiting, but are not associated with stored reports.

How Information Is Used

Reports are used to investigate bugs, evaluate feature requests, and improve the applications. Processing is based on legitimate interests in maintaining and improving these services.

Storage and Retention

Reports and screenshots are stored privately, with access restricted to authorised personnel and services.

All reports, including associated screenshots and metadata, are automatically deleted 60 days after submission, regardless of whether they have been reviewed.

Your Privacy

Please avoid including passwords, access tokens, or other sensitive information.

Submitted reports cannot be retrieved through the website. Applicable data protection rights may be exercised using the contact details below.
